About Marvin McMoore Jr.
Marv McMoore is political strategist, activist, and partnership builder, who specializes in communicating to hard to reach communities through digital paid media and digital first creative.
Marv was the digital media strategist and ad-maker for some of the most competitive races in the nation – including for the DSCC IE’s reelection of Sen. Raphael Warnock, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, and Hawaii Congresswoman Jill Tokuda. On President Joe Biden’s historical 2020 presidential campaign, he worked as the lead consultant for the digital paid media program targeting Black voters.
Marv also produced ads and digital media strategy for leading organizations such as Climate Power Action, League of Conservation Voters Action, and Supermajority Education Fund.
Prior to joining SKDK Marv was the National Youth Director for Pete Buttigieg, a two-time National President of the College Democrats, an Executive Committee Member of the DNC, and has served in various leadership positions in local government.
As a native Long Islander, he started his career working in community development and public engagement roles at home. Marv earned a bachelor’s degree in political science at Northeastern University and a master’s degree in campaign and election management at Fordham University.
