About Brenna Parker

Brenna Parker is an award-winning communications + creative strategist, and photographer.

She’s built campaigns and projects for our nation’s most powerful elected officials: Secretary Pete Buttigieg, Vice President Kamala Harris, and President Joe Biden—and for corporations, athletes, entertainment leaders, creators, and everything in between.  

Parker previously served as digital director to Vice President Kamala Harris at the White House, where she oversaw all digital strategy, messaging, content, and partnerships.

In 2020, Parker led organic Facebook content strategy and execution on President Biden’s winning presidential campaign and managed website campaigns for JoeBiden.com.

She’s led media campaigns for key events on Michelle Obama’s Reach Higher initiative, including College Signing Day and YouTube Original’s #DearClassOf2020. Parker was on the launch team for her non-partisan voting initiative, When We All Vote, in 2018. Parker has also worked on campaigns at the state and local levels.

Parker is currently based in Washington, DC where she serves in the Biden-Harris administration as digital director to Secretary Pete Buttigieg at the U.S. Department of Transportation.
